On The Road Again!

Things are really hopping around our house these days!  We’ve had the last two weekends off from singing so we have all been enjoying quality time with family and friends.  Speaking of family, let me thank you all for your prayers in loss of Bridget’s cousin, Jameson Casteel.  He fought a brave, but difficult battle… and is now resting at the feet of Jesus.  Please continue to pray for all of the family.

Shawn and I spent two days this week installing a new sound system at Cottonwood Baptist Church in Ridgely.  So if your within a hundred miles of there and hear some loud music, they’re probably just playing with all of the new gadgets! (Try not to hurt anybody Bert!) lol

We hit the road again today bound for South Carolina.  I think that we’re all geared up for the weekend as we anticipate what the Lord has in store!

As always we encourage you to let us know what’s been happening in your life too!  Do you need us to pray about anything? Have you received any exciting news that you would like to share? Post it below…it might just be the encouragement that someone else needs to hear!

  3. Hey you guys I have a praise report, I finially made it to graduation, Yep, “That’s what I said.” I will be graduating December 12, 2009 at 1pm at Ashford University in Clinton, IA. Today I have recieved my offical transcript of all the courses that I have taken for my degree, but there’s more! God has laid upon my heart to go ahead with the graduate studies at Ashford as well. I will be in the Master’s Program for Master’s of Education with Technology. I will start this journey on November 17, 2009. Continue to pray for me as I walk this journey and continue to pray for my mother as she battles liver cancer. My health isn’t the best either but I am leaning on Jesus to guide me through the storm. I have recently found out that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and of course the doctor has added yet another pill for me to take. I’m 36 yrs old and a walking medicine cabinet, but all of these medical issues that I have is centralized around two things, Diabetes and Obesity. Both run rampant in my family, so pray for my kids health as well, they can inherit this as well.

I will keep all of you in my prayers daily as you share God’s Word in Song. God Bless each of you.

    In Christ,
    LaDonna Rhodes
